Will we ever get reissues of the JBs albums?

I know they've been released as mini-CDs in Japan and there are some very hard to find 90s releases, but will we ever get reissues of each album, plus bonus tracks? Just a nice thought of mine. Hip-O has done such a great job with the Singles collections and hearing what might be coming our way after that collection is done is great too.

A tune that i really want to be released is the tune that jb does when he's in the studio with melvin parker and two other player's.He sings the lyrics "keep on driving down that funky road'".It's a scene from the soul brother no 1 film which came out in 78.The bridge in this tune is a killer.Someone has to sort this out.JB collector no 1 knows what i mean.

Yes, that is a super groovy track and I talked to Ron about it , he also would like that to appear on a cd, I think it is Tony Cook on drums, have to check that again. it is one of the most funky grooves you ll ever hear!It is an alternate studio jam of drive that funky soul, hope they still ahve it on tape somewhere and hopefully a loooong version!

funky road

I don't think it's a alternative version of drive that funky soul. The clip is from 78 i think i heard it's a tune from the mutha nature sessions that didn't make it to the lp.Drive that funky soul is from 73.
